Cadastral Survey

Cadastral Survey which deals with land boundary survey, AVTC, subdivision and
amalgamation survey, perimeter, alienation, land acquisition survey and
investigation of rights to the land and Strata Title Survey for subdivision of
buildings under the Strata Title Ordinance etc.

Engineering Survey

Engineering Survey for Topographical & Details Survey to provides terrain
information for design purposes for development projects, setting out surveys of road projects, pipelines & transmission lines, bridge construction, dam site construction etc.

LiDAR Survey

LiDAR Survey

LiDAR Survey including road projects such as RECODA – URDA Road Projects, JKR Malaysia – Sabah Sarawak Link Road and Proposed Baleh-Mapai 500kV T/Line and Tondong-Lundu 132kV Transmission Line Project for Sarawak Energy Bhd. The
products are orthophoto, las format and digital terrain model (DTM).

Hydrographical Survey

Hydrographical Survey for wharf location, river navigation, river-bed or sea bed dredging etc to determine the underlying surface depth or formations of inshore waters, reference position of offshore structures, tidal monitoring, side sea sonar and subsurface profiling.

for the surveys works

Ground Penetration Radar (GPR)

Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) (Utility Underground Surveys) – survey works

mapping of underground utilities.
